Agreement
By downloading, installing, or playing PWC Simulator, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. PWC Simulator is published by James Bisenius DBA Sender Jim's ("we", "us").
Using the game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for your own entertainment. Don't resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the game, or use it commercially, except where the game's mod tools or written permission from us allow it.
Fair play and conduct
Be a good sport in multiplayer and competitive play. Don't cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the game or other players' experience, harass or abuse other players, or disrupt servers or events.
Kicks, bans, and removal
We can remove any player from any part of the game or its services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. That includes kicking, muting, suspending, or permanently banning players from multiplayer, servers, races, events, leaderboards, and competitive play, and disqualifying or removing results.
- Our decisions are final.
- Removal doesn't entitle you to a refund, compensation, or restoration of anything.
- Hosts of community or rented servers can set their own rules and remove players from their own servers. We aren't responsible for their decisions.
Mods and community content
The game supports mods. Mods and custom content are made by third parties and used at your own risk. We don't review, endorse, or take responsibility for them, and there's currently no official mod-sharing platform. Don't create or share content that infringes anyone's rights or is unlawful, hateful, or harmful. We may block or remove content from official servers and events.
Ownership
The game, its code, and its original content belong to Sender Jim's. Licensed watercraft, brands, names, and logos belong to their respective owners and appear with permission. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it to you. You keep ownership of content you create yourself.
Early Access
PWC Simulator is in development. Features may change, break, or be removed, and progress, settings, and mods may stop working between updates. We don't guarantee particular features, dates, or platforms.
It's a simulator
PWC Simulator is a game, not training or safety instruction. Riding real watercraft is dangerous. Follow local laws, wear proper safety gear, and take real instruction.
No warranty and limited liability
The game and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the game, mods, or third-party servers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game develops. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
